Development sales sites are a distinct discipline from realtor sites: they launch against a sales calendar, carry floorplan and availability data, and are retired when the building sells out. Both are counted here.

Because development sites are deliberately temporary, this vertical loses credits faster than any other. The census counts the credit as it was recorded, not as it survives today.
