1. User Agreement

We take information security issues seriously. Consequently, any personally identifiable information is stored and protected on servers with adequate security measures. Navigator Multimedia Inc. respects your privacy and will not collect any personally identifiable information without consent. By using this website (navigator.ca) you agree to the privacy policy and accept the terms herein. This website (navigator.ca) contains external links to other websites. We do not have control over the information collected and use of data of the websites that link from ours. This privacy policy outlines the information collected by using this website (navigator.ca) and how the information is collected, stored and used.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 2. The Information That Is Collected

We only collect personally identifiable information when manually entered by the user. Two instances exist: subscribing to our blog and from the “request a quote” or “contact” form. Personally identifiable information includes Name, Email, company, phone number, and description. Collected information is for internal use only. Tags and cookies are used on navigator.ca to collect website usage data. Demographic and interests information is collected as a statistical measure to be viewed in aggregate. Remarketing tags have been placed on this site and may trigger depending on how the user interacts with this site. Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by adjusting their user settings with Google here.

3. How The Collected Information Is Used

Navigator Multimedia Inc. will not sell or share the information collected with any third party. The analytic information is anonymous data used in aggregate with tags created in Google Tag Manager to assist in making future website improvements. We may contact you when changes are made to our secure content site. We may periodically send an email for sales, marketing, and administrative purposes. We will periodically send you an email when you are subscribed to our customer notification list for latest updates of our corporate and product news, and/or any other subscription list(s), and/or are a member of our secure content site. We may disclose information about our users when we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is required by law. Analytic information collected will be used to assist in marketing decisions when engaged with paid media advertising, as well as website optimization. Remarketing lists are collected and used for periodic advertising campaigns through Google on the search and display network. Google is currently our only third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve our ads based on a users interaction with this site. Ads may be shown on various sites across the internet that support Google AdSense. If you wish to be exempt from Google’s use of cookies, see section 2 of this privacy policy for instructions.  Information collected by a form on navigator.ca will be used to contact via email or phone depending on the user request. Users that have subscribed to our email list can opt out at any time here.

If there are changes or additions to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here prior to implementing the change, as such, Navigator Multimedia Inc. encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy so you are informed on how your information is being protected and used.
